Founded in 1986, Key Risk is a leading provider of workers' compensation insurance products and services for employers throughout the eastern United States. Key Risk operates as an insurance company, third-party administrator, and provider of managed care services (including case management and medical bill adjudication services) from its headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina, and in nine other offices located in Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina; Baltimore, Maryland; Nashville, Tennessee; Richmond, Virginia; Columbia, South Carolina; Atlanta and Alpharetta, Georgia; and Jacksonville, Florida.
Key Risk Insurance Company is licensed in ten states: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Florida.
