Company Description

Founded in 1992, Monitor writes insurance on behalf of member companies of W. R. Berkley Corporation. Those companies include Admiral Insurance Company, Carolina Casualty Insurance Company, Berkley Insurance Company, Berkley Regional Insurance Company and Nautilus Insurance Company.

Monitor’s current line of executive and professional liability insurance products include Accountants Professional Liability, Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Independent Director Liability, Lawyers Professional Liability, Management Liability and Nonprofit Management Liability. As a member company of the W. R. Berkley Corporation, Monitor provides its insureds with access to the resources of a large corporation combined with the outstanding customer service of a smaller company.

Distribution

Monitor distributes its executive and professional liability products to the marketplace through appointed and licensed independent agents and brokers on a nationwide basis. These production sources focus on small to middle market companies.
