Verus is focused on building a business platform that offers E&S and specialty insurance products to meet its business partners' current opportunities. Current products include a variety of classes for general liability, professional liability (medical and non-medical) and property.

Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia with a branch office in Denver, Colorado, Verus underwrites on behalf of W. R. Berkley Corporation member companies rated A+ (Superior) by A.M. Best Company, Inc.
